This Full Moon Yoga class is designed to invite all the qualities of the full moon into your practice – that soft, expansive yet powerful energy of the moon.
Keeping everything soft and fluid, we’ll be flowing through a variation of moon salutations, a gentle flow and will finish with a guided meditation.
