Quick tutorial this Tuesday on how to do a supported headstand – take it slowly and make sure to practice mindfully!
If this is your first time, don’t kick up your legs – just walk them in and get comfortable feeling your hips stacked above your shoulders. Do this until you feel ready to take it to the next step.
Remember to engage your core – that’s what will make you balanced and strong. Also make sure you’re pressing your forearms into the mat to engage your shoulders. Send your tailbone towards your heels, put lots of energy through the toes adn stay with the breath. Let me know how get on!
